About the event

This self-guided walking tour is October 8 and 9 from 10:00 a.m. to  4:00 p.m. (The Richland will promptly close at 2:00 p.m.). Everyone must  check in at the Will-Call Center at the Orange Library located at 407  E. Chapman Avenue. Will Call will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  both days. There you will receive a Home Tour brochure, which is your  ticket. You may enter each historic home or commercial structure only  once, but the brochure may be used Saturday and Sunday.

Street parking only. Please carefully read all parking signs.

Visitors  must wear soft-heeled shoes to protect flooring, no high heels.  Closed-toe shoes must be worn to enter one property due to ongoing  construction work. We love kids and animals, but sorry, no children  under 10 or pets permitted.

Review your Home Tour  brochure before starting out for other important information. For  example, Lorcan O’Herlihy, Founder and Principal of Lorcan O’Herlihy  Architects, will be available at the Chapman University, Sandi Simon  Center for Dance, 305 N. Cypress Street (circa-1918 Villa Park Orchards Association Packing House) to answer your architectural questions about this historic packing house only on Sunday, October 9, 2022 from 1 pm to 3 pm. Plan in advance so you don’t miss him!
